Professional Groomer
What the Job Entails:
-
Bathing, brushing, grooming dogs in all over trims, breed specific trims, shave downs
-
Maintaining accurate grooming records
-
Nail Trims
-
Speaking with clients
-
Answering phone calls and texts
-
Using MoeGo scheduling system to schedule clients and check out
-
Cleaning up the grooming area and helping to clean the entire salon throughout the day and at the end of the day
-
Prepping the salon for the next day's clients
Requirements:
-
At least 1 year experience grooming or Certificate of Completion from Grooming School
-
Positive attitude and love for animals
-
Punctuality
-
Honesty and Integrity
-
Ability to speak professionally with clients
-
Physically healthy and able to be on feet for full day

Administrative Assistant
What the Job Entails:

Part Time Mon/Tuesdays/Fridays 10-4

Answering phone calls and texts
-
Letting clients know when their dog is finished
-
Checking in and out
-
Rescheduling appointments
-
Communicating with clients about their pet's haircut and passing that communication on the groomer

Cleaning during and at end of day
-
light snow shoveling

Prepping salon for the next day
-
Assisting Groomers with any tasks needed
-
Assist in drying dogs and trimming toe nails
Requirements:
-
Customer Service Experience
-
Punctuality
-
Ability and ease using computers (Mac especially)

Ability to learn and use a scheduling system

Regular and reliable attendance
-
Ability to work in fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment
-
Ability to get duties done without having to be told to do them

Junior Groomer

What the Job Entails:

Wash, dry, and brush dogs

Cleaning and disinfecting

Laundry
-
Front desk help checking in and out

Assisting with difficult dogs

Assisting groomers with anything else they may need as an extra hand
Requirements:

Ability to be on feet for 8-9 hours
-
Ability to lift 50lbs
-
Love for all animals

Calm and even temperment

Hard working

Positive and helpful attitude
